Orders are picked up by DPD around mid-day, every day.
Delivery times depend on your area:
- Belgium & Netherlands: 2-5 business days
- Germany: 3-7 business days
- Rest of the world: 5-10 business days
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an email with a track and trace code
Clothing items, accessories, and home decor may be returned within 15 days of purchase provided they are in new condition, unworn, and accompanied by the original tags.
Jewelry items are final sale due to hygiene considerations and can not be returned.
