Black blouse in an ornate see through lace, with a button front placket, a high round neck, and puffed shoulders that taper down into wide bell cuffs. Two long strings at the waist tie into a bow, so you can pull it in as much as you like and let the peplum flare out below. Cropped to sit right at the top of your jeans. Black lace goes with everything, and since it's sheer you can swap what's underneath and get a completely different look out of it.
